This app lures you in with extra “stamp” awards, but makes you manually enter ridiculous codes to qualify. It randomly forgets to apply stamps to your account after completed stays. Good luck to anyone who tries calling customer service for help. My advice would be to get a translator.

I’ve “favorited” 4 hotels in Barcelona, Spain three times and they are not listed in favorites…soooo frustrating!!

Usually I have zero problems with this but it seems now I can’t get any help with my stamps idk but after 2 hours of nothing I’m done

Keep clicking the heart on properties but when I go to my favorites list it’s blank. Latest IOS on phone 12 pro.

They need to get it together !!I called about 5 or 6 times to try and figure out what was up with my free nights and why it was locked and to see if they can unlock them but to no avail I am still trying to figure it out and everytime I call they say that they transferred my complaint to a specialist and the specialist will be calling me back but have I got a call?No !!
