I want to be able to read my reviews. I don’t want to rely on remembering every detail of every hotel we stay in - 2 years later. And you don’t have enough reputable hotels listed. Some of them are just plain dumps.

I had rewards for a free room tried to use it tried to pay with PayPal couldn’t remember my password so I backed out tried to rebook at my rewards were gone it shows I still have rewards but I was not allowed to use them online tried to call because I didn’t have a confirmation number I kept getting hung up on by the recording.

Do not use Hotels.com or Expedia. They do not value their customers. They use every opportunity to fleece more money from you. I will never use their services again.

Cant sign in on app, but you want to charge me more for online reservation

You’ll charge me $5 for redeeming a night online but charge me nothing for redeeming through the app? But, I haven’t been able to sign-in on your app for the past 2 weeks, which forces me to pay you the $5... good ol’ bait-and-switch, huh hotels.com???? I’m out of town traveling right now. This makes no f$cking sense!
