I love this app, I work for a construction company and we travel all over the country Very easy way to book rooms. Sometimes I can find very good discounts on the rooms. The only thing that I would like to see here is that I can send a third party authorization form without calling the hotel and sometimes they wanted the form to be faxed ?? Other websites are very easy to do that. I hope you guys can do something about it.

What good is an app if every time I open it up I have to find my confirmation number and re-enter it into the app that is supposed to be tracking my confirmation number?

HOTELS.COM IS A bunch of misunderstood people or are they TRAINED that way always a issue when I ask a question about my rewards for a free night when texting I have serious problems it have doing stuff over an over again it doesn’t make since to me then when we talk it’s really bad difficult to make since to them or is this how motels.com is SETUP confused the people take hours to get an answer or WHAT ??????

Hotel selection is great. Options and offers, fine. When I sign in, go to book, it signs me out. I have to resign in to book. Kicked me off a few times. Took me close to 30 mins to book a room.
