False adds they don’t give you free nights like they say also hotels are cheaper if you call them yourself Don’t be like me and get ripped off ! Save yourself and your money.

Hotel scam

I booked on this app and they charged me for my stay only to find out that the place i booked was fully occupied and I haven’t received my refund or heard from anyone since then, it’s been 3 weeks now.

No matter how many times I try to find my member number all this app will do is let me sign in over and over and over. So I can’t enter any contests or I cannot find my past bookings. Very frustrating and not worth using.


Poor customer service

0 stars if I could. I’ve used this app for years to book all our family trips and loved it! I’ve recently had a unauthorized charge and spoke to two different representatives. Definitely disappointed in how I was treated and will not be using this app anymore.

I was a customer for over 6 years. I had the account linked to my work email. When I left that job I was locked out of my account and have no means of resetting my password because I don’t have access to that email anymore. Hotels.com makes it impossible to speak to anyone to correct this. I’ve been in an endless cycle of phone robots and chat robots and neither will connect me to a human without a confirmation number, which I don’t have nor can access because my old email is inaccessible. Extremely frustrating.


App doesn’t work to find my reservation.

Live to a budget

I need to change my reservation… I entered the required information, but the app just throws me to a bot and a blank page.
