No customer service – Hopper: Flights, Hotels & Cars Review

The fact that they already make It impossible to find how to contact someone in the app is one thing. But there is no option to call someone, chat feature was disabled and no one answers back or will even acknowledge that they are working on It. An email takes way more than 24hrs to get a response. You don’t even get a response within a Month. One of the worst customer service from a company. Note to self, if you cannot speak to an actual person, stay very far away from the company.
