I’m an overnight partner in a small store. We don’t have self checkout, so I am only able to check out clearance items during store hours as the go app will not scan them. Please fix this! It’s my only complaint with this app (of which I didn’t know y’all had opened up to customers, why can customers buy over 5 items, but I’m constrained to the 5/$20 limit?)

Yes this would be handy if employees could get their 10% discount, otherwise why use it unless employees work overnights and there are no self check stands open.

This app is a piece of crap. It doesn’t work! I try to make a new account it doesn’t let me it tells me I already have one (which I know I don’t have). I try to log in with an email and password I use often. Doesn’t work of course. I try to reset my password and there is an issue and it won’t let me. CRAP CRAP CRAP CRAP!!!

This app is non dependable. especially working overnight where no self checkouts are open. please fix this app. the heb app gets updates every week, so does very major app. i don’t see how the app and the heb GO ipad don’t have the same version?

Works awesome but is it possible to scan things continually instead of going back and forth between the camera opening and closing to scan?

I so love the H‑E‑B go app! It is such so convenient t and user friendly. All my receipts are in one place and the ability to have multiple payment methods makes it that much better, I never worry about having mine or my husbands debit cards. Love love love this app
