Needs more refinement

The idea of an app that saves you time is great. Unfortunately, the execution needs a little work. The app will ask you several questions like "do you have coupons" amongst other questions but you have to answer the same redundant questions on the kiosk as well. This does not necessarily same you time and is frustrating. Also, the "checkout" button on the kiosk screen is not very obvious forcing you to search for it. Please HEB, simplify this app to speed things up, (like Sam's Club self checkout app).

This app and function were designed to be hands free yet you still have to touch the screen on a machine multiple times to complete your transaction. I love HEB but this process needs more work.
App Doesn’t Work at My HEB

I installed H-E-B Go because paper coupons are no longer offered in the store. But the app won’t work at my store so I don’t get to use coupons. Not happy.

Absolutely love the ease of the app and not having to wait in long lines and getting out quickly and sacking my things the way I want it to be done. I always just be sure the sale price is what is ringing up and I have used this about 10 times so farAnd have only had something come up wrong once.

Enjoying the app but would love to see the “scan” button moved to the bottom middle of the page. It’s difficult to manage getting my thumb to the far right corner as a lefty with a large phone. The middle would benefit both right and left handers.

I love this app! It’s so convenient to scan while I shop and bag as I go. My only suggestion is this: currently, I hit checkout on the app and it asks if I have coupons and asks me to approve payment. Then I need to scan the QR code at the self check Kiosk. That’s all great and fine. BUT then I have to touch the kiosk to answer the coupon and payment questions AGAIN. In this age of COVID, why can’t I just scan the QR code with my phone and finish everything there without the duplicate questions requiring me to touch the kiosk? That tweak would make a fantastic app almost perfect! Thanks HEB!
