My VPP won’t work on the Go App

wont HEB do it

I enjoy using this app for many reasons . But I am still having difficulties adding my VPP to app so I can get the discount. Called help desk they were not helpful. I’m sure I explained clearly but it’s not resolved still . I have A lot of purchases on this app but No Discount yet .

Useless app if not a single store in the largest city in the state and 4 the largest in the nation doesn’t have a single store supporting it. And get off your high horse and enable Apple Pay, at the register and on the apps.

This takes too long and isn’t as efficient as self check out and regular check out. I kept forgetting to add items to my cart. It’s just so much easier to check out at the register or do it myself. Also adding a nickname is stupid because every name is taken.

Missing Houston

Not a single store in the Houston area seems to support HEB go. Such a shame. I was really excited to try out this app. Guess I’ll stick to Sam’s Club version of Scan and Go.

Needs the grocery list feature

I thought this app was convenient and easy to use, but it would be faster and easier if it had the shopping lists from the other HEB app integrated into the HEB GO app
