So much easier to shop

No more waiting in the checkout line. So easy to use. I don’t believe I’ll ever wait in the checkout line again. Easy to keep track of what I’m buying
Rude/Hostile Cashiers

H-E-B. Needs to train their cashiers in polite customer relation skills especially at the H-E-B go checkout. Being rude or having an attitude with a customer is no way to treat them.
Love the concept, execution is still hard to master

I love the idea of this. No one slows you down. If you have just a couple things to grab and your own tote, it’s great. If you have more than like 6-8 items, the app is slow to scan items. It scans produce stickers lightning fast tho and doesn’t let you fix it (if it sees something twice because you didn’t have it focused on the right barcode BEFORE you hit scan). And I would LOVE a place out of the way where you could scan items and bag them up in your own bags, away from everyone else. I usually go to the vitamin aisle but it seems like with covid you are always in the way of someone no matter where you go to scan and bag.

Small grocery list just to try the convenience of the app. Easier than expected and hope to use again to avoid long lines.

My heb go won’t fine the store I’m in. Everyone else has it on there phone.
I don’t understand why more are not using the app

need bags at station. it should also be available at the registers what is point if it prompts the cashier to scan half the items
