It is so convenient to be able to take your bags and scan the products and bag them while you shop. It has changed my whole shopping experience during the pandemic. I can keep myself distanced and safe. The HEB staff is excellent, friendly, helpful.

This app makes shopping so easy!! I love shopping, then looking at the lines, short or long like at holiday time, and know I can breeze right thru!! I wish every store had this major convenience! Love, love it!!!

H-E-B go is not only available at kiosk and not at all registers. Inconvenient when purchasing gift cards because now double check out is necessary: one at kiosk and another at register.

Love the app! It would be awesome if coupons auto deducted from clipped coupons from account rather than needing to scan. Also, please please please allow the camera to stay open to scan multiple barcodes at once. It’s a bit tedious to have to continuously open the scanner.
