The app I horrible to use. Nothing ever works correctly, you have to log in every single time you open the app, information doesn’t pull up correctly.
Where’s my purchase?

The app is easy to navigate but still has its faults. I made a purchase at the beginning of the week and the only evidence I have of it is my PayPal confirmation. It is not visible in my orders on the app nor has GNC sent an email. Not a good look.

I am happy that GNC is working on consolidating its interfaces. Unfortunately, it doesn’t matter if they are consolidated if it’s done poorly. I spent a good portion of this morning attempting to use the app to make purchases with failures every step of the way. Basic functional QA should have caught every one of the problems experienced. The end result is the same amount of time wasted as it would have taken to drive to a GNC store and make the purchases. But still never succeeded in making a purchase. It’s not a marketing secret that a highly problematic experience doesn’t increase sales or customer satisfaction. If you want to look at your point totals this app mostly works. If you want to do anything useful and want GNC products just go to a physical store.

The GNC app is horrible, never keeps my login information, always makes me reset my password and then still never works App has not been redone to fit my iPhone X , for as big as GNC is this should not be as bad as it is
Terrible, constantly need to enter password

This app, in theory, should make it easier to shop at GNC. However, the app constantly prompts me to enter my password, which is just frustrating. I’m a Pro member and would definitely purchase more if the app worked properly.

The app is terrible! Half the time it tells me my password is incorrect but it’s not, the normal website I can log in fine. And most the time the pictures and the nutritional info for the products doesn’t load
