App is pointless you can sign in but nothing happens. You can’t shop or anything. Please fix it.

Gnc we need a fix ASAP, the app doesn’t work as advertised.... it needs an update ASAP I have been trying for months now ?
The store never works through the app

I’ve tried to order several items within the app and am never able to find the products, but sure enough if I go to GNC.com through google, I’m able to find all of the products I need. Very frustrating to not be able to order directly through the app when it’s advertised as an option!
It’s just a GNC app

Rarely used, but every time it fails on log in. Changed my password so many times I can’t keep track. Look, it’s just a GNC app for crying out loud. But here I am, once again, waiting for an email to change my password again.
This isn’t even the correct GNC

GNC supplement stores all say “General Nutrition Centers” underneath the red GNC on the signs. This says “General Nutrition Corporation,” I would not risk signing in to my General Nutrition Center account on this app.
Not iPad Friendly

Although this app works good on the iPhone, it is not iPad friendly. There is no “landscape” compatibility for the iPad. This flaw is a serious oversight that could be readily fixed. Otherwise a decent app.
Not User Friendly
This app is $#!+
The website is so much easier to use. The app you can’t change the flavor of the item and a lot of time the nutritional information never loads or isn’t available. The app sorts products completely different than the website. Bodybuilding.com’s app is way better!

I love being able to do everything with my account from my couch. I had a problem with my address not being found by the search engine, and I had to use the recommended address. I am thankful that the product will be coming to the right house, but the app was difficult to navigate to determine why the address I put in manually did not work.
Buy many things from gnc

Great app, only thing they need to do is make a place you can use gnc gift card on site and app. I spend $200-400 in gift card when I go to the gnc in my town. I use gift cards because I get x2-x4 fuel points at Kroger’s when buying gift cards. So being able to use gift cards when buying online would be great.
