What a worthless app; it's almost as dysfunctional and poorly executed as GNC's dying brick-and-mortar stores. I have had to delete this app and re-download it at least five times after it randomly started rejecting my login credentials that I knew to be 100% correct. Hey, GNC, how about you spend some of that 1000%-5000% retail markup margin revenue on a worthwhile app your few remaining customers can actually use?

I downloaded this app to get into a concert. I'm resentful for having to use my data to get this app just to see Glass Animals. I will delete this app immediately.

The app is no different. I have been trying to access my gnc bucks for months and it has been one headache after another. Now my temporary password that gnc sent me won't work!

GNC paid a big concert stage in pittsburgh to allow them to run a "promotion" to pull about sixty random people from the back of the line to the front if they downloaded the app. people up front were there upwards of 8 hours, some even camped overnight.

I don't know how many times I have changed my password and I STILL can't log on in the app. I can log on through the website just fine. I'm done trying with the app. Unless it gets fixed, don't waste your time downloading the app. Stick to using the website.
False Advertising
Over Comcast again.
Don't use this app. Worst Customer Service. I accumulated over 12,000 points and there is no way to redeem. No one will help you!

Doesn't stay logged in. I tried to get logged back in using the hidden forgot password link but the new password doesn't work and the app spinner stays up on the screen with the keyboard popped up over half of it. Maybe would be a useful app if I could ever get logged in.

This is clearly a problem most people with this app have. I can’t really give a review of the app, since I could never even get it to let me log in. Utter stupidity.
