I like that I only have to log in once with my credentials - previously I think I had to enter on multiple screens. Being a myGNC member, the new format is much simpler and tells me how many points I have, how to redeem, and how close I am to my next reward. Much simpler and nice to have right on my phone for when I go in store.

I am really happy with GNCs latest app update. I only need to use one set of login credentials to access all features of the app. I use this app frequently to keep track of my loyalty points and rewards. I am also happy to be able to access and update my account information, check my purchase history and view items I have added to my list for future purchases.

Stopped working

The app won’t allow me to sign in anymore. Says my password or email is incorrect. I am still able to access my account from a computer. I tried deleting and re-downloading

Please investigate orders

I have placed two orders with the app and they still have not arrived a week later. After placing the orders I could see the previously ordered info in the past orders section now the past orders are gone. Deals like a rip off to me.

Latest update rendered the app useless. Constantly receiving an error that it is unable to to load my profile. I need to cash in points for rewards, and it shows I have 0 points.

I love using my GNC app and I use it frequently BUT since the new updates, I have to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME! Please fix this, or change back to auto-sign in or stay signed in. I also miss seeing transaction history. I also second the comment about organizing by brand to see all options with in brand. Thanks!
