All the discounts that are send to our emails as promotions are not valid through de app. It’s olny valid in chrome or safari.

Only 3 stars until you make the nutritional information available. Also would be a good idea to include the number of servings per package/bottle.
Buggy and limited app

GNC website offers far more info and options than this app. No additional product info, no ingredient info, etc, it’s very minimal. Reset password button doesn’t work properly, had to go to GNC.com to reset. I can do without this app

I love the new GNC rewards program. I won’t shop anywhere else for supplements or anything like that. It’s nice to see them giving back to their customers. Now that they have this program, I’m a customer for a long time.
Too many problems with your ordering process

You’re web site keeps ripples nag me off of my rewards points because it errors every time I try to check out. So then I check out on my phone app and it doesn’t apply the rewards discount. 2nd order in a row now. 1 more and I’m done with you!
Unable to login

I am unable to log in to the app. I enter my credentials and it goes into the app interface. I am bombarded with login banners and sections. Log In to the website works like a charm. At this point, the app is pointless.
In and out of store!

I love it, the GNC is perfect for keeping track of my in store and out of store points!
Slow, glitchs. Not all products just show up. You have to search for via name
