Can’t add payment

This would be a great app, but when I tried placing an order, I wasn’t able to put my payment information in. I had to sign into my paypal to get through. Major flaw.
Supplemental Facts

Is it possible to get additional pictures of the products or a comprehensive list of the supplemental facts for products? (Will adjust rating accordingly, if app improvements are made).

Good Application, when I am on travels I am able to access my orders and products to ensure they arrive on time. I am also able to make changes easily. Highly recommend it for member and associates to use it very efficient app.
Love the app, BUT....

Love the app, but it always seems to take forever to get my points added to my account when I use it.

Every time I try to use your app I always forget that when you get to the point of choosing how you want to pay it has a fit!! I then have to go the the website and process my order that way!! If you offer an app at least make it work!!?
Can not pay by credit card

Not quite sure what the problem is with this app but it might be that the date for your credit card has to be two digits so if the month is 1-9 you are not going to be able to use a creator card because it does not allow a zero to be the first digit. Shooting themselves in the foot by limiting themselves to customers that have cc exp. dates between Oct. and December. or have paypal accounts.

I’ve had the app. Easy navigation until it’s time to pay. I kept adding my card information and when I wanted to return to finish my order, it wouldn’t save my card information. I’d rather visit the store instead. Never have issues there.
Can’t save CC info to make purchase

Shouldn’t GNC want their customers to make purchases with the app? I would think so too. But I can not save my credit card info in order to make a purchase. I read other reviews to know I’m not the only one with this issue. With this issue, 2 stars. Fix the issue and I would give 5.

Okay the only reason I am giving this app a 3 star is so others might read it! First off if you forgot your password and ask to reset you can’t leave that page, you will need to completely exit the app! Second if you try to filter by brand you can only filter up to the brands that start with “B”???? Third app does not so Bogo’s even if you select the bogo banner on the opening page of the app! Fourth the app is just cumbersome and difficult to navigate. To the developers and non existing QA department, test your app before releasing in the wild, setup an automation environment to run the app through or hold you QA department accountable. To management, if none of these procedures are in place, I suggest that you implement some type of test environment so you do not get negative feedback such as this! If you choose not to do so I would suggest to upper Management in looking for a manager that has the company’s interest first and foremost!
