Issues with loading items, gold card add to wallet just shows spinner, initially disappointed in the app experience, but developers putting effort in to make it better. Would love to be able to save items for later or add items to a wish list

How long are is it going to take for you to fix the login problem!! Are you trying to go out of business? I quit using GNC due to the fact it won’t login in the app, yet my login credentials work in a browser. I figured after all these months I would just check out GNC again...to my shock still not fixed. Why would I trust a company that can’t fix a simple problem?
The only this app can do — wasting your time

Seems like this app need you to change password every time you login… and if you buy things and want to check out… you need login again? If you don’t remember member ID and you also need to login again and again and again… to change pass word, you can type in your email and the email won’t come in your mailbox until zombie apocalypse really happen…

Can’t sign in. Can’t change my password. And the state and country drop down boxes won’t disappear after selecting the right thing. For some reason, I can sign in just fine on a computer. But from my iPhone, the app simply doesn’t work.

If I’m signed into the app, then go shop, why am I asked for my member number at checkout, then required to sign in again? Annoying. Deleted.

Constantly logs me out, says my password is incorrect. Reset my password numerous times and still doesn’t log me in. Complete waste of time, useless app.
