All in all, bad experience with the app. There is almost no convenience to using it. Very difficult to find what I want, and the rewards program is a joke. Vitamin Shoppe wins my business.

Download the app, entered all the required user data, and set a password. When I tried logging into the app it failed due to incorrect password. I requested a password reset repeated the setup. Still got a bad password error and couldn’t use the app. So I requested a password reset a second time and repeated the setup. Same thing. I deleted the app. The GNC Gold cars was much better. You had to pay an annual fee but at least you were able to see your discount every time you shopped—and it actually worked!

Sends me a password rest, yet the temporary password does not work. How do you expect people to trust your product if the app doesn’t work.

This is the worst website I’ve ever used I’ve had to make 3 different passwords and none of them work.

Much better and thorough ratings and review on products on the website/app FINALLY. Feel like I can assess what products to buy or not buy now. However, there should only be one login/password. Furthermore, the myGNC rewards password has too many requirements making me choose a different password than what I typically use. End result, I can’t remember it ever and have problems logging in which means I use it less.

I’ve had to create 3 different passwords not because I forget them (I have saved with keychain). They must not really want you to use the app or shop for their products. 0 stars if that was an option

So apparently you’re suppose to download two different apps for GNC. One is for shopping and the other is for the rewards program. I created an account today. I placed my order on the app, it asks you to sign into your account...and then it refuses the password that was created 5 seconds ago. So, I found a “live chat” button. I was chatting with “Robert”. He told me to check my email address to make sure I used all small case letters. So I did! And guess what? Now I can’t find “Robert”. Live chat button is now nonexistent. I have no idea where the guy ran off to....and took the live chat button with him. Ridiculous

The app works at certain times in the day and beyond that it’s “under construction”
