Sending pictures

It has been a problem sending pictures lately. Every time I try to send a picture it always says it is too big or it will not even Dow load them and say l try again later. You try for days and still the same message. Tell me how we are suppose to send them and we pay for it as well.

I just downloaded this app I have typed an email three times and every time I try to add funds to be able to actually send it it says confirm your phone number so I pushed the text me now never got a message so I finally did The call me now and they gave me a pin they called me I entered the pin three times so they couldn’t confirm it so I did it again and it did the same thing so now I have this app on my phone and can’t even use it to contact my loved one very irritating if I could give no stars I would

No matter how much money is put on the app, whether it’s their other app for video calls or this app for txts, is the biggest waste of time and money I’ve ever had. Try to respond to a text message and it says insufficient funds. Put funds on, DIRECTLY THROUGH THE APP, and it still says insufficient funds. Even after an hour. When an app is governmentally funded, expect nothing but absolute crap. Period. Take my money but I don’t get crap. Wouldn’t be a surprise to me if they get sued. Oh wait, governmentally funded.
Denies messages but still takes your money

I will send pictures that are not inappropriate and they will be denied yet I still had to pay for a picture that my friend can’t even view. It becomes very expensive. Video visit sometimes doesn’t work. And they make it so your loved one can’t write you. THEY NEVER GET BACK TO YOU AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HARD TO REACH!!!

Customer service rep just told me this is not affiliated with GTL (despite it being called GTL Getting Out) and therefore I could not transfer funds from the visitation account to the telephone account. My friend is unable to use the tablet at her facility, and will never be able to utilize the feature for the remainder of her sentence. And so, to get a refund I must wait until she is released. In the meantime, I must call before every 60 days goes by so the funds don’t expire, at which time a refund may no longer be qualified for issuance. But if I don’t want to call every 60 days, that’s ok, too. If there’s any money left, then I can request a refund. ??? WTAF

Don’t accept payment and then have message that says insufficient funds! I put money on there twice!
