The worst

This app and the company behind it are the worst. As a application developer myself I can tell this was written very poorly. The navigation is poor, you often have to use browser back button to go to a page because the app or website doesn’t have have links to go back to certain places. The server that hosts the website and app crashes all the time throwing 500 errors. Basically, the app was designed poorly, the infrastructure for the website and app cannot handle the load and we have no choice because this is what the prison decided they would partner with. Their customer service is also terrible. They just try and get off the phone with you as soon as possible. I couldn’t change my primary number and had to call in. The website had already marked my number as the primary but I guess it was not really set as my primary. This prevented me from doing anything because the money I had added was tied to my number (marked primary) and not the other number. The company probably does not care to improve anything as we have no choice on providers.

This app is terrible. They don’t tell you that it doesn’t work for iPhones. They charge for the call even though the video does not connect. They charged for a picture that didn’t that couldn’t even upload. This app is terrible. Customer service is even worse. I wouldn’t even had bothered adding money and downloading the app if they would have cautioned me to “get an Android”; this is what the customer service told me. I’m going to also add it doesn’t work on the desktop computer either as I’ve tried both ways. Don’t waste your time!!!

The app is always logging out talking about “Location Services” and no matter how many times you enter your date of birth & Social Society number on the home screen it keeps asking last but not least the messages have the wrong time stamp at the time they are sent and the notifications button is on but never notify that there is a message you have to log in to the app to see it in RED so frustrating it needs lots of work!!!!!!!

I’ve done everything right username and passwords are correct and it will not work at all, and the gentleman who wrote on an earlier review there’s no back button! whoever did this should be embarrassed.

This is the worst app I have ever used. When messages do come through the date and time is wrong. Sometimes a notification pop up. It’s sad that this app have very poor rating but it’s never fixed. Five thumbs down!
Location is REQUIRED

The app will not let you use it without location service ”On.” That was a hard stop for me. You would think since they have guaranteed in-app purchases, $0.25 per message at my wife’s facility, they would want to increase usage.

Although I love that I can message my son, but it doesn’t give the correct day and time or send notifications even if notifications are turned on!

I’m using the same log in information that I should from website to app and just as it was 7-8 months ago. I can’t even log in. Y haven’t they fixed this
