Ok app but time/date are funky

App is ok for sending messages and making a deposit to phone account. However when sending and receiving messages from someone the date and time are off by a lot. I can never tell when the message was received and sometimes it’s not in order. Wish the time was correct for our time zone since we both are in the PST zone and wish it was more like a text message screen.

They are making money off of other peoples misfortune.. txt cost .25$ to send 40% of them don't even go thru and you have to try multiple times to send and it sends days later charging u multiple times. The app is super glitchy, shuts down every other time, messages take forever to load. Honestly its just capitalism at its finest. Profit off of others misfortune! STAY OUT OF PRISON LOL

This company just took my money and never put it on my account or my incarcerated relatives account.reporting them to the bbb.

I am very displeased that when I get a message it doesn’t tell me. I am constantly turning on the notifications in the app and it keeps turning it off.

I am thankful for the app because it allows you to text and video call your love ones while they are locked up. But can you guys please make if possible to get a sound notification.

Y’all get paid so much by those or us who use it, the least y’all could do is a bit of an update. Must be nice to have a guaranteed literally captive user base or y'all would have to have a decent product.

It won’t let me log in keeps saying error and my accounts been suspended or locked. I added money and it won’t let me add a contact or send messages

How do you set up your account? Upon downloading the app it asks for my username and password, any help???

Total rip off. When depositing money it’s misleading to where the funds go. They should be audited for fraudulent activity. They make it nearly impossible to leave a review too. Criminals !! We will see if this posts!! Nope, sending to better business bureau.
