This app is an F’ing joke. Try to reset the password and it keep saying the page cannot be loaded. Tried emailing them about it and no one emailed back.
Terrible app for video visits

It’s a overall ok app but it’s horrible for video visits and I have lost over 12 to 15 dollars because I can’t even connect to my friend and it tells me to download google chrome and I already did. It’s just getting really upsetting especially since we have not seen each other yet and it’s not fair for my friend either . I’m hoping this is fixed ASAP so I can use my funds correctly n a video visits can actually take place. Really disappointed in this app!!

It’s more crooked then the inmates! Why punish the ones who pay into this crap. It doesn’t have to cost this much for such a crappy working glitchy system of communication. I feel a class action suit is what’s needed. But it’s our only method besides writing a letter. Scammers, but I’m sure someone in high places is getting rich off of the criminals and their families. You tell me why it’s so much.

Fifty minutes in, I still don’t have a working, verified account. It errored multiple times on the account creation page (Safari is better for this). When that finally worked, it skipped the “verify account” page, and sent me directly to login. On recreating an account, it finally tells me I need to look for an account verification email. Okay, that’s normal enough … but it only works if it’s sent. Finally shows up after 15 minutes of constant refreshing. Then to have to verify my phone number. Yes, send me a text … I’m still waiting to get that text. I’m sure it’ll arrive sometime before iPhone 19S is released… (EDIT: The “call me” option hung up on me.) The verification page eventually leads to an old, broken version of the site. Nothing about this app inspires confidence that it will work for its intended purpose. That’s okay, though, because the Terms of Use indemnifies the company in all circumstances (with no refunds!), including prison riots, global pandemic, kleptocracy, and zombie apocalypse. Even if it’s their fault. (Then it goes to arbitration.) NO WHERE is there a price list. Searched for an hour on their site before account creation. Searched through the app while waiting to get my number verified. Nope. That is not inspiring. Some of the prices listed in other reviews seem practically unconscionable, but that’s the reality of a for-profit prison system. One might think some of the money might be used to fix bugs. Base on my experience thus far, that does not appear to be the case. Good contacts with the “outside” improve mental health, improve post-incarceration outcomes like employment, and reduce recidivism. These things are NOT AT ALL enabled by this app, which attempts to profit off the backs of those in our society in need of compassion. If zero stars were an option for the app, and another zero-star rating for the carceral system that not only tolerates but enables it, it would still not be low enough.

It’s a blessing to be able to communicate with an incarcerated loved one, but this app (and related apps by gtl) seem to be here only to get as much money out of a person as possible. Close to a $4 charge for EVEY time you deposit $ into each separate account, and sometimes you don’t know when your loved one will move to a different location and forfeit all of the funds you have put into an account. The facilities or someone is responsible for approving messages and pictures and half of the time they decide not to, and you lose $ on each message and picture that gets lost in their “pending” mix. So they take your $ from every angle, knowing that if that’s the only means of communication available between you, that you will still pay. It’s sad really.

So you pay for this app it’s not free then you try to create an account and it’s like pulling teeth so it ask you to verify your phone number through text or phone call so you select text it never text you so you can’t verify your phone number so therefore I deposited money to an account on an app that I paid for that I can’t even use if you’re going to charge people for a app you should make sure it works properly

These apps are garbage I understand it takes time to receive and send due to them having to read them but they take your money by saying a picture or video wasn’t uploaded so you do it again and they charge twice. Then it’s ridiculous amount just to send text $.25, picture $.50 and video $1.00 and there’s been many times now it’s charged me twice for pictures and video. They know they can get away with this because we want to stay in contact with our loved one. They make a killing off these apps and they are garbage!
