Worst ever
Kaylaaaaaaaa!
Okay it’s cool we can text back and forth to someone incarcerated and all... but 1/2 the time the website is SO SLOW and you get redirected to an error page and about the 20th time refreshing patiently you’re finally able to read your message - you are unable to upload your own profile picture (because it never works) also tonight the website is Down and redirecting me to some Error message- the app is completely useless it doesn’t recognize my username or password EVER so I’m forced to use the website— who ever manages this app ... Please put a lot more effort into making things run a lot more smoothly I have paid so much money so far that has gone to waste due to connectivity issues and this time is stressful enough.

There’s no other option for me to message and talk to my loved one so I’m stuck using this either way but when a 500 character message is $.25 and a 30 minute call is $5 you’ve got to think someone is making enough money to hire one programmer to spend a few hours to work out the kinks. The time/date stamp on the messages are NEVER right, so I have no idea when messages are actually sent. Half the time I type a message and it just disappears. Notifications don’t work. These are simple things which is why it’s so annoying, it wouldn’t take much to fix them but they couldn’t care less because they are getting our money either way. That’s how it is when you have no competition.

I never had this app and for some reason they’re nowhere on the app when I just downloaded it do it they sign up so I made up a username and a password and if they’re in Valley because I don’t see where they create a new or new user or anything can someone help me

If you have a loved one incarcerated this app lets you talk and text with them. The app is very buggy and the costs are high, but what are ya to do if you want to stay in touch with your loved one. With the amounts charged for these services you would think the app would be easy and trouble free, THAT IS NOT THE CASE! Again no real choices so if you want to stay in touch and support your loved one, you have to cope with this app.
Needs a new update system to fix bug

This app constantly closes out completely while typing or sending a message and to see a new message while on app you have to refresh it but then when you do it closes out or signs you out again. Very Frustrating

This app needs a lot of work. For days now I will log onto and it will say login expired so I go back and log in again takes me to the message screen where you can see some of the message I click on it and back to the login expired again..I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app many times and it’s still doing the same thing. Very frustrating please fix this problem. Thank You

NEED TO UPDATE APP ! Takes forever to load & send messages . Also keeps logging you out .
