This app takes your money for sending pictures and then doesn’t improve most of them!! Like it makes no sense they will deny a picture or a dog tor absolutely no reason and still take your money !!!!!

Don’t bother typing more then 200 out of 2000 letters, the SEND button will move with the entire page to the top and will be unable to send because the page locks you to the bottom of the page. Wasted a whole hour typing 2000 out of 2000 only to not be able to scroll to the top to hit SEND. My father will never know how I really felt about him because GTL makes bad products and never updates their apps

This app is horrible, my messages come 2 or more days later, my inmate messages are constantly delayed, the video visits freezes constantly or you can’t hear them, it also shorten the video visits constantly..and then there’s mo real person to contact and talk to with customer service..

I cannot use the app to send messages. I can only use to add deposits. Whenever I open a message it freezes with a constant spinning circle.

I can’t even write my love one on the app because when you open a message it just keep loading. All it does is notify me I have a message and then I have to go online to read and answer back. I can’t even send pictures because I can not use the app because it’s always loading. This app is not good at all for staying in touch with a loved one.

Message screen just stays loading shows messages but you cannot write back. You have to go to your browser to do anything

If your trying to keep in touch w ur loved one may I suggest a stamp, pad of paper and pen.

This app doesn’t work! I am unable to send a message because the screen just stays loading then crashes. I have never been able to send one single message through the app. I tried contacting support several times and I guess they don’t seem to care to get the problem fixed.
