So bad it’s criminal
RUkidding me!
First, dealing with a loved one in prison is hard enough. Let’s add to that a shred of hope you can text them, something shown to help both family and inmates during rehabilitation, and put in a glitch system that keeps logging you out, charges a quarter per text while charging the in mate .03 a min, and messages that come in randomly because you are being kicked off after each text. Oh!! And notifications don’t work. This app is the worst I have ever used. I know someone in government made it cuz a 4 year old could have built something better. This was a real heartbreaker for Me and my family. Whats worse is Get Out has a monopoly on the whole thing so if you want to tell a loved one “yes, you did bad, but I love you and I’m here to help you find better”, be ready to pay through the nose and with crappy service.
Fix the problems and update the app

If I’m paying to write and send messages to someone on this app I expect it to be working and not logging me out every time I try go on the app. Update this app and fix the problems because this is getting frustrating and annoying that nothing is being done.

Am I the only one having problems with it logging me in and out? Having messages not sending and receiving messages days later? It’s a good app but they just threw this together and left it as is

Why do jails use crap like this? As if it isn’t difficult enough to visit with your relatives they have to use something like this to make it even more difficult. Not only does this one network other counties use different ones that don’t work either. Why can’t they just go back to the old fashion collect call method that seem to always work.

This app is horrid! Logs you out often, changes your settings for notifications, never works between 6-7pm. It Really is terrible considering you have to pay them money to use it. If You could give it half a star, it would be pushing it. Suggestions: fix the app or lower the cost to use it!

This app doesn't work at all. For a company that gets money per message/call etc, you'd think they would want to encourage those actions. Apparently, that's too much to ask or even hope for. If I could give negative stars here I would.

It’s so frustrating how many times I get logged out, yet am unable to log back in until the following day. This app is AWFUL!
App needs lots of work

Has more work to do on the app then anything. Lags all the time, notifications don’t work. Didn’t know i had a message for a week cause they don’t actually notify me & my notifications are turned on everywhere. Super annoying. Works to message back & forth & have any communication period, only reason i use it. Texting works just fine no complaints on that videos aren’t the best but work (most of time)

Absolute garbage! Doesn’t work half the time. Keeps logging you out. Takes 45 min to 3 hours of trying to log on and this is a daily issue.
