Disappointing

This app is so undependable…it not only crashes during video chats but errors out often. With all that the incarcerated have to deal with, staying in touch with family should not be one of them. Unfortunately it’s the only option available. ?

This app crashes every day and it’s very expensive! I think it should be a monthly rate or even a biweekly if that works. 25 cent a message is outrageous and this is kind of the only way to contact family in facilities do to Covid

Message notifications come in pretty fast, but I can’t even send messages in the app. It crashes a lot. I’ve had the app on multiple devices since 2018 & STILL cannot send messages through the app . I can’t do deposits or anything on the app.

I tried to deposit money and I could not it say that the information isn’t correct I called customer 3 different times and they don’t help or fix the app I have deleted and reinstalled the app logged out and logged back in made sure I had the latest version installed and then they proceeded to tell me it was the jails fault that I need a booking number yet in the app there is no place to put in a booking number I called the jail got the booking number called them back gave them the booking number and they claimed to update everything told me to wait a few minutes delete the app and try all over again and it still doesn’t work I’m highly disappointed and very upset

How do you send photos and videos? The facility accepts photo messages, but when I try to send one to my LO the plus sign at the bottom left corner only pulls up Visit and Deposit! What’s wrong with this app?

Worst app I’ve ever used! Can’t use it. One sided. Won’t answer problems and total rip off. I emailed three times in one day and they cut my phone off asking for photo and ID. Who does that.? They have all my info. Hate this app

So I’ve updated my phone and everything and the app just loads. This is such a pain, and let’s not talk about on the web. These bugs need to be fixed

I appreciate being able to talk to my loved one, but…. I have to log into it on my web browser because our messages won’t load on the app, I can’t send pictures, and I’m being charged for messages that do not go through. I feel like the creators of this app are thieves. I’ve spent THOUSANDS on this app! It it’s fair.
