I wanted to be able to take a picture of my receipt instead of typing codes in. I downloaded the app. I must have taken 5 pictures of my receipt, and each time it would say receipt was unreadable. My pictures were crystal clear, so I don’t know what the problem was. So, I decided to just type in my code in the app and it tells me (before I could even finish typing out the full code) that the code was incorrect. Decided to just use the website. I typed in my code, and it went right through on the first try. Forget this app. Stick to the website. I already deleted the app. That lasted about 5 minutes. Should’ve gone with the 2 star app rating and not bothered with this app.

I’ve been using the app now for a few months. I have 2 kittens, 6 month old sisters, that love the combination of crystals and clumping litter. As little babies, they didn’t like the crystals but when we added the clumping litter they jumped right in. Sadly, many of the paw points haven’t loaded on the app. We buy from a variety of places and I don’t really remember from time to time when we purchase as we stock up since we use 2 boxes.

My cats love Fresh Step. I hope this new app will allow me to get points for my on-line orders. I order the (now) 38 Lb. multiple packs because I get a good price and it’s delivered to my home. I have used this product longer than the app was available and have NOT been able to receive my reward points. Hope this app is now fixed. ?

I’ve never had any issues with the app itself, it’s just been hard to distinguish the codes on the bags in the past. Having rescued 2 stray litters from my backyard I really appreciate getting points to redeem for my fur babies. They’ve enjoyed everything they’ve gotten!

Paw points was so helpful to me until I started purchasing litter at Costco in 40 lb bags for my 13 cats. There are ABSOLUTELY no paw points on any of the bags. It’s been this way over a year and I’ve bought a lot of litter w no reward. Very unfair and good luck trying to get a person to complain to. They the fresh step people make it exceptionally hard to reach someone to help. Too bad. It was my favorite litter. No

Now how did I know that when I submitted my very first code that Id get a message saying already redeemed? They make you sign up so they can hammer you with emails but have no intention of giving points. I will not purchase this brand again. I cant stand a sneak. Later
New App Not Working Properly

I have used Fresh Step for my fur babies for many years. I’ve also enjoyed the app...until this latest update. I cannot add points to my account or upload the receipt. It won’t let me select a store from which the litter was purchased and claims my receipt is “unreadable” My husband has noted that the clumping litters next to Fresh Step on the store shelves are cheaper than Fresh Step. Today at Sam’s Club, he pointed out that their Member’s Mark clumping litter is about 1/2 the price of my babies’ Fresh Step. Normally, I could shut down this argument by telling him that the app made up for the price difference. I cannot do that anymore, and sadly, he is not concerned about “stressing” my fur babies by switching their litter to a cheaper brand Please restore the app to working condition! My babies have always been Fresh Step babies! I don’t want to change their litter, but without the app working properly, it is a tough sell to get my hubby to keep purchasing my fur babies (and my) favorite Fresh Step litter! Thank you in advance for your consideration of this request!

Always seems to forget your credentials. I even have eWallet prefill my creds... works for awhile snd then BAM! doesn’t work. This app is a total nuisance.

This app is a scam to get us to buy more Fresh Step. The receipts don’t post correctly and if you try to use the codes it tells you they are invalid. Don’t waste your time.
