Can’t login through Facebook

I downloaded this app so I could log my points, and when I attempted to login with Facebook it just goes through the three steam steps over and over again and brings me back to the main login page. I only got the app because I can’t read the codes off of the package, or when I type them in it tells me the code has already been entered. I’m very frustrated right now with the whole points system because I can’t do it online or through this app

Points are missing

I’ve been using fresh step litter for my cat for years now but this app is not really worth having on your device. I should have around 400 points since I joined like 2 months ago and whenever I upload a new recipes the points don’t change! All of my transactions add up to 400 points and I should have them because I haven’t redeemed anything at all but nope still stuck at 200. Seriously what’s the point of advertising an app if you can’t get the rewards for being a customer. Also the rewards went up in points so it’s harder to actually redeem something other than a screensaver.

Every Receipt picture is unreadable

Every single photo regardless of lighting tells me receipt is unreadable. This was not always the case. When you can actually accumulate points this is amazing, but it has been over a month since I was able to.

I love Fresh Step litter so I figured I might as well get the app and get some points. The app is horrible. I tried typing in my code 5 times and it wouldn’t work and I tried using my receipt 5 times and it wouldn’t work. Please improve!!

Impossible to upload receipt or read code

Tried uploading my receipt 5 times in different lighting and it failed each time. Then went to the bag of litter to read the code instead and it was completely illegible. App deleted!

So I enter my codes and receive my points. I look to see what you get for the points and anything that has to do with cat litter is out of stock. Exactly how is that possible? There is plenty in the store.

I save my points until I get a bunch I have 600 point sitting here and everytime I put the numbers in that you guys give me they are wrong. Do you try to make it hard so people can’t collect. Maybe try a scan code instead of hard to read numbers

Disappointed in rewards

I have had the app for over a year and have loved it and earning free boxes of litter. Now I have so many points and nothing to use them on because everything is out of stock and has been for some time. It is very disappointing!! If your not going to get rewards back in the app please delete!

Doesn’t work

Half the codes I enter are apparently not valid. Also, I complete surveys and other bits of information and my account is not credited.

Hard to use

Uploading codes often fails but it seems like they have made the codes on the boxes even harder to get to so it is the lesser of two evils.
