Have been using clumping litter which is too expensive (I have3 cats) so went back to non clumping and love it

Have used this litter for 2 cats. Liked it until Febreeze was added. My cat had severe reaction ? Fortunately I found some bags at a retailer that did not have the Febreeze. My cat is 14 and set in his ways. PLEASE bring back the one without Febreeze!!! The paw points are helpful too! Mom to Ozzie

The only problem I have with Paw Points is you absolutely CAN NOT read the paw point code on the large multiple packs of Fresh Step. The way the code is stamped on the dark blue plastic makes it virtually impossible to read! Since I have multiple cats in my household, the larger multiple packages of cat litter helps me out economically, but the Paw Points are a total waste for these packages!

This is such a great app mostly because I am a foster mom to at least 5 to 10 cats at one time so it is always welcomed to get some free kitty litter or even a new toy for them

This app is not working, I keep getting the message that the site cannot be accessed by the server. It has happened on 3 different browsers.

The app is fine but fresh step hasn’t been leaving a code on packages. I order online through Walmart and they don’t send receipts
