The app has never accepted my receipts from Walmart or Petco. Apparently the litter must be the only item on the receipt in order for the app to recognize it. Since I have always had to input the code from the packaging I have missed points on two 40 pound packs of four ten pound bags each because I could never find where the code was printed and no one at the store could tell me. There are some nice items that can be redeemed for points which I the only reason to go through the hassle.

Gotta say it’s worth it! If you have a min. Definitely take time out to enter codes. You may win something...I never know. Anything to help with litter is worth downloading and doing

They should definitely print it better on the plastic part. They make it so hard that I’ve just thrown away my bags a lot of times. And receipt don’t make it either to upload.
