Was a nice idea- I liked being able to donate points to shelters. Haven’t been able to upload receipts for a few months now. As such the app is basically useless. Deleting...

This app is hot garbage. It does not work. You can’t submit codes because the location drop down does not open when tapped. Also it’s optimized for iPhone and does not scale up for iPad, making the interface and buttons very small. Finally, it’s locked into portrait mode and has no landscape option when flipped. Horrible design and not worth the hassle.

Why No Box Code Scanning?!?!

There’s no reason to have to manually enter these codes. You should be able to scan your code as MANY other apps have this capability

Many items are Out of Stock. Coupons out of stock for cat litter? Really? The codes on the boxes are almost impossible to decipher.

Disfunctional app with no reward catalog

Glitchy at best. Tried uploading to get points. Collects a lot of personal data to get more points like zip code, full name, email, where you shop, etc. Then when trying to see what type of things you can buy with the points, discovered the reward catalog doesn’t load. Well, guess I walked right into that data farming trap.

Every receipt I’ve tried send they say is unreadable every code is invalid. The codes came directly from the boxes that I just purchased and the receipts are readable (clear and not too light or dark).

The codes are almost impossible to read if you cut them out to enter them...and regardless of the way I hold the phone or light the receipt, the app will say the receipt/image is not readable. I do all the image uploading vie the website...using the EXACT SAME IMAGE that the app says it can’t read.

App is useless at this point. It Will not recognize any of my receipts. And Fresh Step is of no help either. Emailed them pics of the receipts and asked why my pics would not work since I had followed all guidelines and pics were clear. Their response I am sorry but these have to be uploaded!

I’ve tried to use the receipts in so many ways, taking the picture, uploading it, it really doesn’t work most of the time. Once in a while it will. Waste of time. I like uploading the codes instead which I can’t always find them either. I give up
