App won’t allow you to open the catalog to redeem rewards. No way to contact customer service so a waste of time.

Trying to enter box codes is a nightmare. It randomly tries to validate the code before you’re done typing, so it consistently flashes an “invalid code” message that you have to clear... after every keystroke!!! Definitely an example of software malpractice.

Just signed up and tried to add a code. It said it was already used. What? These people aren’t really trying to make this program work. If they were, the app would have better than a 2.2 rating. Take it and shove it. I won’t even buy your products again, because I refuse to be scammed by a fraudulent company like yours.

The app itself isn’t bad, but they could do more to make it easier to input codes. It seems like a new bug in the app, but every time you go to input codes, the “This Does Not Seem to be a Valid Code” pops up after every single letter you type, even if it is a valid code. It’s really aggravating.

I decided to download this because I buy their cat litter every month in big amounts (all those lost points ???) i decided to start claiming all those points every month but this app doesn’t work. It won’t let me sign up or connect with Facebook....I see a lot of other negative reviews but decided to try the app out anyway and nope, the negative reviews are right. WHY PRINT THE PAW POINTS AND PROMOTE THE APP IN THE PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCT IF ITS NOT REAL? ?

Last 3 boxes kept telling me it’s not a valid code. Code is clearly printed. Obviously not the only one with these issues. Will probably delete app.

I went to enter the code under the flap. It starts with DWP. I enter D got an error. DW error. DWP error and so on. Useless

I’ve been using this app a few years. I’ve never had issues with the app. I haven’t tried uploading my points with my receipt so I can’t say anything about that. I always use the codes and have never had any issues getting my points as long as you can read the code. If You can’t, you just send them a message and they add it with no questions. I’ve gotten a number of items, toys, blankets, picture frames.... very happy!!!
