This is a horrible app. I have never been able to upload photos to redeem points for my local shelter. No matter how many times I retake the photo of the receipt, a day or two later I receive an email that they can not read my receipt and to resubmit it. Have been trying for three months with the same receipts. I have tried scanning the receipts, taking photos with my iPad and taking photos with a regular digital camera and emailing them to my iPad. I am very thankful I did not have to waste money on this app. There are far more negative reviews than positive so you would think they would make an effort to actually improve it.
Used to work well, now it says login failed every time

The app used to work very well. Now it says login failed every single time I try to log in so I can't even upload any codes or receipts.

only had it a few days and i know i dont really buy cat litter to much but i had enough points when i signed up i just used some of my points to get a cat magnet of my baby and i hope it comes and i dont get scamed but so far love the all
Doesn’t update the amount

Love the app. One huge problem for me is that when I enter the code the points don’t change. So, I have to delete and upload the app again. Can someone please fix this issue? I get an email saying I have a certain # and that number doesn’t reflect on the app
Hoards points and gives garbage

I’ve uploaded a receipt a few days ago only to have my 100 points “awarded” to my account and then immediately taken away for a stupid sweepstakes I NEVER agreed to. Before this latest garbage, I saved up for a kitty garden that refused to grow. I got a second one to see if it was me or the kit: all my other plants are blooming gloriously while both kitty gardens are just flaccid and disappointing, so I think they deliberately send you crap. I do believe this was my last purchase of anything Fresh Step, unless of course a representative would like to unfuck this clusterfuck. I will do my research to ensure I never again purchase anything from their company or subsidiaries. And this is after a long time of faithful consumerism. Tisk tisk.

Codes are very difficult to remove from box only to be rejected. Receipt photos are rejected. I really wanted to redeem the points to support my local pet shelter. But I have tried both methods of entering codes and both have been rejected. Waste of time.
Literally - the WORST app ever created!!!!

Literally the WORST app ever created. Doesn’t work AT ALL. Cant even log in or reset pass and from what I read submitting proofs of purchases is nearly impossible as well. TOTAL EMBARRASSMENT WHO EVEN DEVELOPS code this broken and stupid? Honestly enough to make me consider not buying this product any longer or sticking my face in a bucket of bleach. (Clorox co owns fresh step no?) ugh fail!
