This app is worthless. Will not upload receipts and you have to work to find receipt is rejected. Love the litter, hate the app. Have tried to upload over a dozen receipts. All rejected.

This was such a fantastic rewards program. Every 700-750 points got you a free box of litter. They also had cool little fountains and cat trees and odds and ends to save up for, if you so chose to do so. Well, I went and bought a box of litter tonight and whenever I logged my points, there are practically no rewards. Just some movie tickets for a very high amount. Bring back the cool toys and free box of litter. At this point, I’m wondering what I’m even logging my points for after I just saw the list of redeemables a second ago. Was once a great service but now is lacking. Please bring it back like it was!

Logged into Facebook but get bounced back to the sign in page over and over again on iOS. If I can’t easily register, I’m skeptical about UI and practical functionality even if I I do.

I can belive i have dealt with another inferior product for years, finally a friend of mine recommended this product and it's awesome my cats love it. I will start collecting points hopefully they add up correctly.
Worst app available

Just signed up for this and this is the worst app I’ve ever dealt with. You don’t get the points your “given”, the fist code I put in said it was invalid, the FAQ page is useless, doesn’t even show any shelters in the area, nothing. Do better guys.

My ability to log in with facebook, or by creating an account is gone. Can upload any info.
Crap App

Still unable to upload receipts. They know of this problem but will not fix app. Have messaged customer service, but they simply pass the buck and blame user error or state “delete and reload app” which does nothing.
Doesn’t take codes

The app is terrible. I saved points, and it wouldn’t accept them..straight from the box. Also, you can’t see what the rewards would get you on the app. Waste of time.
Can’t upload codes or scan receipts.
