I have been signed up for while and I went to enter my cat litter purchase and my info is no where to be found I never had to sign every time and now I have to and don't remember my password so I have resent to me and never get the info for a new password, I don’t wanna resign up cause I will lose all my points. SOMEONE HELP ME not a happy camper. Very disappointed

It’s worth it to get the coupons I guess. But 725 of my points were redeemed, I did not do this, for cat liter that I never received and I have no way to dispute. So that’s annoying.

The only useful functionality of this app WOULD BE the photograph and upload your receipt feature. However it barely works. By barely, I mean I’ve photographed each receipt no less than 10 times just to get it to accept it, then I received an email 2 days later it was rejected. Days after I’ve tossed the receipt and can no longer make attempts 11-20.
No longer works online

When I go online, it will not let me sign in, it won’t even let me reset my password. I have been a member for a long time and have emailed fresh step several times with no success they just keep telling me to reset my password. Can they please fix my problem I don’t want to stop. I even tried to sign up as a new person and it wouldn’t let me do it. If I lose my points and this problem is not resolved I will switch to another letter. And very unhappy.
This App Stinks

Downloaded the app, created an account and successfully entered a few numbers. You can only enter 5 a day so I waited a day to try to enter more. After entering 4 numbers on the second day the app had not finished submitting my information after about 15 minutes so I switched to the web site. The web site did not recognize my email address as a valid account so I created a new one using the same email I had set up with the app and tried to re-enter the numbers only to receive a message that those numbers were no longer valid. I am seriously considering switching to a different brand of cat litter because I do not want to reward such incompetence.
