I purchased two roundtrip tickets from Baton Rouge to New Orleans on February 15. The return was at 11:40pm. After waiting for a long time we get a message stating that the bus had been cancelled, and were “rebooked” for the morning after, leaving us stranded overnight in New Orleans. After several attempts trying to find a number to contact FlixBus, which I still haven’t found, I was left with taking a Uber home which cost $150. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Since there is no phone number, this review is my vessel to you.

I was Picked Up on Time and By KIND Drivers. I had to attend A Spiritual ??Meeting in Las Vegas Nevada ??. I have received over ten emails at different times about how my trip was canceled and changed to something else. Nothing has ever been clear as to what the changes were or how to find them because the tracking system is busted. Never will consider booking a trip on FlixBus again.

Esta aplicación es malísima te da la obcion de reajustar tu viaje pero no lo hace y al final los choferes no te montan en los buses y exigen que compres otro ticket y cuando la culpa no es tuya es de la aplicación.
Why offer tracking?

I use FlixBus weekly. According to the app you’re supposed to be able to track the bus but I have never once seen it work. Why offer it? Useless

They made me miss my bus today cause they can’t put the address up front where it should be and i looked up the address and it wasn’t the right place.

I live in the U.S. where FlixBus currently does not operate. I downloaded app because I travel frequently in Europe. When I make a reservation to make trips within Europe, FlixBus apps charges $2 for “service” fee. It says it’s for the service and is not refundable even if I cancel the reservation. Never saw ANY COMPANY that penalizes people using the company’s own apps. Quite contrary, companies reward people using their apps. When I buy a ticket on FlixBus, I use other site to do it and save $2 each time.

I reserved 06.07 for after 2 weeks bus from LA to Las Vegas But forced cancellation by flix bus And they just give me voucher same cost until 1 year What?? I called they company but they just said to me that’s is we’re rule can’t refund cash to account So I share my experience Even force cancellation your book, can’t refund your money in your bank account Please before booking, you remember Go to cash not coming.

I’ve honestly NEVER had a problem with this bus company ever. I’ve used it A couple of times and so have my friends. My boyfriend, brother, and I are all blind/visually impaired. One complaint I do have is the fact of navigating where the stations are. It is hard to tell Uber/Lyft where to go because most of the time they don’t where it is, when it can just be a little platform in the corner. Not very good for the disabled. I’ve ridden mainly from/to Tucson AZ and LA. Always been on time and the ride was smooth. Perfect. Honestly it’s better then Amtrak at times. They are always late coming to Tucson from LA. The ONLY other problem I have is the drivers are NOT very good with dealing with visual impaired persons. Got some that just don’t care and that are rude. One was chill but not so much helpful towards my boyfriend and I one trip. Other then that, my boyfriend loved FlixBus, it’s doable and affordable. Recommend.
