Bus never showed up. 10 people were waiting for it including me at the right location. They told us it left and boarded 16 people. We were outside in the cold for 2 hours. I called them about 5 times and the manager wasn’t there of course. I’ve had about 30 ok trips with this company. Deleting this app after what happened.

Pros: CHEAP, convenient Cons: LATE, app can never locate the bus, there’s no bus “station” only a stop so there’s that. I’d ride again since it’s so cheap but be warned u won’t arrive on time!

My ride canceled three hours beforehand, and booked me on a bus that would be cheaper and not go to my original destination. Really bad app design as well

It’s really good and the driver is very nice and they dedicated to their work, today the bus windshield wiper is broken and it’s really raining hard from LA to San Francisco but the driver focus and he have his very best to drive even though is broken windshield wiper today Dec.25, 2019 booking no. 1068861694. Thanks for a good ride sir we really appreciate your effort


Horrible customer service

I booked a trip from Las Vegas to DTLA for my mom on 12/26/19 and they cancelled her bus last minute due to weather conditions(understandable). When I tried to rebook or get a refund, I called customer service and waited for 1-1/2 hr and still no one answered. After that, I attempted to just rebook on the app, but unfortunately it wouldn’t let me do that either.... such a waste of money.


FlixBus...Very poor app!

Only giving it 1 star because unable to give less! Unable to look up my ticket via e-mail, name OR booking number. Unable to find out ETA of bus when underway so unable to arrange accurate/timely transportation from destination. Whomever designed/implemented/is in charge if application should be fires and replaced immediately. No excuse to have such a poor application for customers to rely on.

This bus driver going above speed limit so it is hard to chase it down. Lady was being very rude to me as I asked her for information such as addresses and she began to get frustrated. The information on the app is very broad unspecific and they don’t care if you missed your bus.


Give users control of notifications

PLEASE DO NOT EVER USE THIS BUS TO TRAVEL! I've booked a bus in Downtown LA at 00:30 to las vegas. They canceled the bus for NO REASON and they never sent a text or a email saying. I just find out because the guy next to me call them to check and discovert it the great news. After that? I had no place to spend the night and they didnt to anything about it. Homeless people were following me and I was super scared and tried to steal my phone. I've paid 30 dolars in an uber to find a place safe to spend the name during the night. THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE, they dont respect the client. I hate this company and I'm gonna call to a lawyer to resolve this isse. USE MEGABUS ALWAYS GUYS! They are the best!!


Worst Service EVER

My family and I were traveling from Oakland-L.A.-Las Vegas. Somehow some way we ended up stranded in L.A. for over 10hours. When I called in for help since we paid them for a service. They told myself and 24 other passengers and their families they can’t help us. Absolutely horrible I will from now on always choose megabus
