It doesn’t provide real help when we need to fix something, they never answer the phone, cheap tickets and good bus service.
Truly a hit or miss

The bus itself was comfortable and had charging outlets which was essential. The bus was about 10mins late which was fine. The big letdown is that the bus actually went to a different destination without giving the passengers a warning. We bought tickets to downtown Austin but it went to The Domain (north Austin) so then I had to uber to DT ATX.

Very unclear & many of the links & functions seem unresponsive .. Literally nowhere can I find the departure location

If you need to get somewhere in a timely manner, then please consider a different company or another form of transportation. The ride was smooth and the driver was nice. I just do not appreciate the delay and lack of communication towards passengers.

Yes it’s three hours that I have tried to buy ticket with iPhone 11. Now I have had to buy ticket at high price with no seat reservation. Who knows where is the number for customer service. I hop the bus shows up on Saturday. I don’t want the Houston trip again in Seville where no one knew where was the bus stop. RlG fixitbus

as a person who just wants to go to seattle and return the same day, this will not work for me. i will need a hotel to stay in seattle if i only want to shop and see show same day. you need a morning departure from olympia and aftenoon return from seattle for this to work here.
