I got ripped off – FlixBus & FlixTrain Review

I purchased two roundtrip tickets from Baton Rouge to New Orleans on February 15. The return was at 11:40pm. After waiting for a long time we get a message stating that the bus had been cancelled, and were “rebooked” for the morning after, leaving us stranded overnight in New Orleans. After several attempts trying to find a number to contact FlixBus, which I still haven’t found, I was left with taking a Uber home which cost $150. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Since there is no phone number, this review is my vessel to you.
