They keep your money! They will cancel your trip on short notice and keep your money. You supposedly get credit but I don’t see it in my account.

Actually it is a good service and it is cheap just a suggestion that should be taken into account if the seats in front are not going to be able to be used due to prevention rules against covid-19 they do not have them available to reserve when you buy your tickets in the app because the People end up sitting in the positions that other people have reserved and paid for and a conflict is generated. I hope they improve it.


worst version ever in the history, don’t update!!!

The previous application was worth like 3 star, but version 7 generation is zero star.. For example in IOS version, you can’t see the stops in between nor you don’t have option to log in so you have to enter your ticket every time. Also you can’t track the bus in the app, you have to use external website... doesn’t you think the functionality goes backward? Disappointed customer? updated 2020.August 10th


No show and no refund.

What a disappointing experience. My husband and I booked 2 bus tickets after all the trains in Genova to Milan were full. We went to the bus location, saw multiple FlixBus buses go by, but not ours. We waited there for 2 hours until we decided to find another solution. We had to rent a car which was 300€ plus tolls. The worst part is when I spoke with their FlixBus’ customer service, they said that in their system we checked in to the bus (literally impossible) and that unless I had proof, they couldn’t give me a refund. When I showed them the rental car receipts, they doubled-down and refused a refund. My advice? Steer clear of this company as much as possible.

No me quieren reenbolsar el dinero Espere el bus que llego 30 minutos tarde el conductor no me dejo subir aún enseñándole dni el billete dijo que tenía que enseñar el pasaporte por ser extranjero soy residente en españa e viajado siempre con el dni . El conductor no me dejo subir y no me quieren devolver el dinero

I was pleasantly surprised! After reading reviews I was a bit worried about what to expect, but the bus showed up on time at the correct location, the bus driver was very friendly, the bus was clean, all passengers had masks on and minded their own business, the drive was smooth and quick, and arrived on time! I would highly recommend to anyone.

I only tried FlixBus once and that was enough. The bus never came. The app never even notified anyone that it was late or refunded me for my unused ticket. So I would say the app is useless too because it doesn’t help you to get on the bus. I will stick with Bolt & Mega.
