I had a flight yesterday at 6:15 in the morning from Berlin Schonefield to Málaga. I bought the first bus from Dresden to Berlin (SNF) and it supposed to come at 3:30 in the morning... It also supposed to take just 1h and 50 min to get there so if you calculate I would have had a lil bit of time to at least be there on time and get at the right gate at the airport... What happened? The bus just came 43 min late to the stop!!! At 4:13am. Due to the fact that the bus was super late I lost my flight and now i have to pay another really expensive flight for tomorrow and hopping Flixbus to at least do something for its mistake and not to be late again...?

The Flixbus bus app does not currently have a log in, which is not ideal when traveling. I accidentally booked a trip for the wrong day, and Flixbus does not allow you to simply rebook. I called customer service and was told to cancel the booking (for a fee per ticket) and rebook the right trip. I did this, and only after did I learn a voucher is issued for cancellations INSTEAD of a return. Now I have a voucher I am unable to use, as I don't live in Europe, because I was given poor info by customer service. Additionally, the first bus I took had a restroom with no supplies and the second bus had a leak which spilled over the left side of the bus. There are other buses in Europe, use those instead of Flixbus.

It could be much more user friendly. I tried to change my emai address but in vain lost a 50% discount offer as I had to start a new account.

Ignoring the low quality of this app, their customer service is terrible! Charged me an extra 80€ for a bus trip and they still haven't gotten back to me (3 weeks later). When I call they simply say there's nothing they can do and are unwilling to transfer me to a representative with any actual ability at solving my situation. Do not recommend to anyone! Pay 2 more euros and use a decent company.

This is how FlixBus works: I added a trip to their shopping cart and they decline my credit card payment saved on file three times. I check with my bank they didn't even try charging it. All information is correct and triple checked, and the bank is ready for transaction. I tried again, nothing. Declined. So I try another card in another bank and the exact same scenario happens: nothing wrong with info, bank doesn't see any attempts to charge the card. So I went back to search and found the cause of the problem --while trying to pay, tickets had magically gone up €10 a piece. I give them the benefit of the doubt and think demand is high or tickets are getting scarce for this trip. Still, trying to cover all possible problems I tried from a different phone. Guess what. The tickets had NOT gone up when I searched there, they were still at the same price I saw initially. I figure out just how rotten they are but have no other companies serving the area I'm trying to visit, so I proceed to pay with the same credit card that was declined three times. It worked no problem. Duh. My advise is to not let them fool you when they decline your payments, they are just forcing you to pay more when it is not necessary. And even better advise is to not get robbed, use RegioJet instead. It is an infinity better, and so far they haven't tried to pull this nonsense on me or my friends.

The app is fine but the FlixBus service itself is terrible. The bus drivers don't bother looking for traffic jams and they're capable of getting stuck in a traffic jam caused by an announced road work and thus causing hours of delay. Is it that hard to use google maps and find a detour? For FlixBus drivers it is.

I keep getting an error through the app. Tried the desktop. Same error. I called customer service and all they can say is clear the cookies and download the app again. Keeps saying error. They told me to go to one of their stands- it would be nice if I could get there, but I can't since I can't boom a bus ticket. Customer service was pretty useless. Even though it's their app and their website still want to charge phone fees for booking over the phone. If you fix your app I'd gladly never call you and book on my own.
