Bus broke down

Bus broke down for more than 3 hours. Nothing has been done or have I been contacted by FlixBus. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They mentioned I will not get a refund since I was checked in the bus but the bus never made it to the final destination and we had to take our own alternate route to get where we needed to go. Horrible customer service as well.
Reliable trip but one RUDE driver

Had a great trip to my first destination. Driver was friendly, helped with baggage, gave updates on overhead speaker, and stopped for quick 15 minute break. Unfortunately, my driver coming home was incredibly rude...yelled at us when we got on the bus without his permission (we were just making sure it was the right bus), didn’t help with luggage, didn’t give any updates on the overhead speaker, and when we got to our destination all he said was “get off now because I’m not coming back here after my next stop” and proceeded to run into the bathroom without helping anyone off the bus. It was shocking. Otherwise pleasant trip.
Can’t find the arrival times

After booking a trip from UCLA to San Jose, my confirmation booking info only listed the departure time from UCLA, but not the address or arrival time for my San Jose destination. I’ve spent 45 minutes looking for the info on the site and I still haven’t found it. The bus goes on to Sacramento and I can find the address and arrival time for that destination but not for the stop in San Jose. Someone is picking me up in San Jose but I can’t tell her where I’ll be or when I’ll arrive. This site is inadequate for travelers.
App no longer accepts my payments

I used to be able to pay through the app, taut as time went by, I’d have to make my payments through PayPal, now it does not work AT ALL! Argh!!!

So I booked a ride and when it came time for the bus to arrive, I arrived 15 minutes early as suggested. Well I waited from 4:00 to 6:00am for a ride that was supposed to leave at 4:15. Tried contacting them. There’s no number, the bus tracker was not working so I had no way to see where it was. Terrible!
