Hard to navigate

Hard to use. Can’t see if a bus is arriving on time easily. Poorly designed.


Won’t take my payment

I have tried multiple credit cards and payment methods and different email accounts and the app won’t take my payment. Very frustrating.

The service was good me and my sister took a bus from AZ Tempe to LA Ca It has a bathroom in the back , usb charging outlets , great experience! I like riding the bus instead of plane now it’s more peaceful and quiet at night If you don’t mind the hours or going then this is your way to go !

I just called and spoke to customer service they said to file a complaint online and request my money back for the trip our bus stopped twice once I believe in El Monte which the app didn’t state then 2nd time in Victorville someone asked me if this was Barstow I said I don’t think so don’t know why we’re here maybe their picking up people I don’t know ! Then a gentlemen got on with jack in the box I’m like is this our stop the gentlemen now infront of me said I just walked to the front and the lady said were not stopping in Barstow Victorville was out 20 min stop and now it was over in 2 mins so as the male employee got back on I asked him is this our break stop ? How come no one let us know over the intercom like all the other drivers do what’s going on when they stop the very rude black lady employee stood up and said we ain’t gota let you know anything if u seen the bus stop u can ask I said I shouldn’t have to & half the bus in the back don’t know what’s going on so I know u didn’t make an announcement ever she said well I did my job if u have a problem u can call & complain still waving her hand then called the sherrif to get me off the bus 6 months pregnant now wasting 20 more mins instead of being professional. Customer service was on loud speaker wen sherrifs came and told them she was suppose to make the announcement only reason I wasn’t kicked off for her lace of communication I’m unpleased and def want her reported ghetto and very unpleasant and unprofessional customer service said email my complaint and let it be known she was rude and called sherrifs still awaiting this situation to be address was 2/3/2020 & still not a representative has yet to call or reach out in reguards to it Booking number 1073772894

flixbus is garbage

My driver literally got LOST!! He stopped for 30 minutes while he tried to figure out where he was. He aimlessly drove around parking lots without bus stops in them. He got me to my destination an hour and fifteen minutes late. Flixbus is garbage.


Worst app on the planet

After using this clunky service 3 x I’m done. Errors out repeatedly when trying to process payments. No customer service to speak of. Bus driver missed my stop. Not sure it could be worse.

The bus is excellent and the trip too but when you cancel a trip they not give you refund. I still waiting for my refund!!! The app not help either to go to customer service to get your refund not even send email about it! I still give five because the bus and driver are great. No complaints about that.
