Rude black bus driver lady – FlixBus & FlixTrain Review

I just called and spoke to customer service they said to file a complaint online and request my money back for the trip our bus stopped twice once I believe in El Monte which the app didn’t state then 2nd time in Victorville someone asked me if this was Barstow I said I don’t think so don’t know why we’re here maybe their picking up people I don’t know ! Then a gentlemen got on with jack in the box I’m like is this our stop the gentlemen now infront of me said I just walked to the front and the lady said were not stopping in Barstow Victorville was out 20 min stop and now it was over in 2 mins so as the male employee got back on I asked him is this our break stop ? How come no one let us know over the intercom like all the other drivers do what’s going on when they stop the very rude black lady employee stood up and said we ain’t gota let you know anything if u seen the bus stop u can ask I said I shouldn’t have to & half the bus in the back don’t know what’s going on so I know u didn’t make an announcement ever she said well I did my job if u have a problem u can call & complain still waving her hand then called the sherrif to get me off the bus 6 months pregnant now wasting 20 more mins instead of being professional. Customer service was on loud speaker wen sherrifs came and told them she was suppose to make the announcement only reason I wasn’t kicked off for her lace of communication I’m unpleased and def want her reported ghetto and very unpleasant and unprofessional customer service said email my complaint and let it be known she was rude and called sherrifs still awaiting this situation to be address was 2/3/2020 & still not a representative has yet to call or reach out in reguards to it Booking number 1073772894
