I can't believe they out a watermark on photos for a several hundred dollar camera.

Constant crashing. Barely works after plugging in plugging closing rebooting. Awful. Returning immediately so disappointed.

Most recent update (as of 2016jul14) broke the app's ability to save a proper picture. Looks fine on screen, but saves as contrasty, pixelated garbage. Recognizable but not useful. Fix this.

Great product, great concept..... However, camera continuously freezes and needs to be reset. Please fix.

First there needs to be an option to turn on and off the flir watermark. Also using the time lapse there is no elapse time marker on the video even though there is an option Also! When recording a video there is always a "3" at the beginning. For example, it'll show 30:00 and 31:00 if you have recorded 1 min of video. Also! I would like the ability to set the high and low threshold for the hot and cold filters. Would be even better if I can have one more filter where I can manually set the minimum and maximum temperatures to show the single color in a gray scale. This can help me identify people or animal in a field by settings minimum for their hear signature and a maximum(sometimes street lights run hotter and I can negate those signatures) Needs some work

Camera constantly freezes during recalibration and requires a power cycle of the camera to fix. Seems to work ok on iPhone but frustrating on iPad Air. Like others said a way to customize the filters would be nice.

Day 1: camera freezes and then makes 3 very faint clicking noises ,intermittently .Anyone else get that???? Other than that i absolutely love it. If not for the freezing it would be a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. But right now just a 3 if this cant be fixed I can see all the places i need to re-insulate in my house Mainly electrical outlets. This is an amazing product great for HVAC techs too.

Working great so far. Occasional camera 'freezes' but only for a few seconds. Happy with the results and ability to see temperature variations in my ceiling.

As someone mentioned it freezes sometimes and often during video. Other than that it's great and exceeds my expectations.
