Do not like the new interface

When I use the app it's to head straight in and use the camera. Not to do anything else. At least add an option to "always go to FLIR one camera" so I don't have to do more useless clicking to get to where I NEED to be from where I DON'T WANT TO BE. The improvements to visual quality are appreciated, but this is a tool, not a social network or ad platform. The developer reply is wrong. Mine does not go straight to the camera. You're forced to hit the ad/social page first before you are allowed to use the camera.
Flir One is amazing

The UI and UX is much improved in this version of the application. The icons are much more intuitive and working with spot meters is easier. Community and social feeds are interesting. User registration is new, hope to see some tangible features for having to register.

Keeps crashing and won't stay connected to the camera. Could not use on my jobs and looked like a complete idiot in front of my client. The new interface is a bunch of useless noise. I've been using this for over a year without issue and have used with my new iPhone7 until this new update. Fix it or refund my money for a now useless camera.
Disconnects from camera after 10 seconds

I have two cameras that used to work perfectly with the old app. Now both cameras disconnect after about 10 seconds requiring a complete reboot to get it to connect again. Tried over and over. Contacted support to ask for old app. Was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. No change in behavior. Both cameras are now essentially unusable because of this app update.

I have the latest iOS on my iPhone 5SE. I used to have a 4 and the older versions of the Flir tools and everything worked fine. With this phone and the newer tools, the camera disconnects and takes you back to some advertising screen and won't let you access the flir. I tried another flir app and it wanted me to log in. I have no idea what they are doing to fix this, but the app and the flir one are totally not useable any more. I suppose I could try to find a used iPhone 5 and try to find the old flir tools, but I don't know.

Bricked . Now useless. Make a different app that is actually useful (the old one was) and throw this bullshark away. No camera connected yet camera is connected as it always has been. Take the crap out and return usability. There is no way anyone who gives more than 1 star review is an actual user. FLIR is not a social media company, there is no need for the social media BS. You took something that was actually useful and ruined it and wasted your customers time and money. Who ever came up with this idea should be given his stapler and sent to the basement. Your latest app is TOTAL CRAP. No customer support will fix that. Read the reviews for goodness sake.

The app works for about 45 seconds and then quits and goes to the main menu. I have to turn off power to the camera and remove from the phone and start over to get it to work again. Going back to an old version of the app I had saved from a previous backup.
