Won’t load. This app thinks I’m not connected to the Internet. Oh, and the Support link here? It goes to a faq page. No support to be had
Hello!!!!?????123
When I purchased tickets a few months ago for the Cleveland Cavs vs. Thunder game for today I did not realize until after I purchased the tickets that I had purchased through Flash Seats. As I prepared to download the Flash Seats app from the App Store, I became extremely nervous reading all the negative reviews. Although after downloading the app I could see our tickets right away, I was afraid either our tickets would somehow disappear before the game or none of our tickets would actually work at the gate. I am happy to say that the game was enjoyed by our entire group (minus the loss), with no problems at all with the tickets and we are completely satisfied with Flash Seats.

Absolutely the worst website, app and company for ticket purchases I have ever used! I have emailed then multiple times asking questions and not one reply. Phone call, forget it unless u want to be waiting for over an hour. Terrible!!! Do us all a favor and shut down!

This is a horrible app. Period. It acts like it’s the only app to offer e tickets and is horribly buggy and outdated. Unfortunately I didn’t know this while buying tickets and needed to download to get into the show. Uninstalling immediately after I get in, if I get in that is because this app doesn’t work

I keep getting the “no internet connection” others report. I tried reinstalling the app, restarting phone but no luck. Was on hold with phone support for 20 minutes when I gave up and sent email to customer service. No response in a week.

Tells me I already have an account under the email I want to use to create a account, so I try putting that email in and hit forgot my password and it tells me email address not found.

Sent tickets to my brother. He would try to create an account to receive them. It would say email address already in use. Then he would try and reset password to same email address and it would say account does not exist. It would not let me recall tickets from app. Tried calling was on hold for 30 minutes. Then they picked up without anyone there and then hung up on me. Have only had to use them one other time and not a great experience. How are they still in business?

I was basically forced to use this app in order to attend a sporting event for which tickets were purchased on my behalf. What an unfriendly user experience. I basically had to fill out a credit application just to create an account. Even though I was not purchasing tickets through their app, I had to provide an unreasonable amount of personal information (of course, to proceed I had to waive my legal rights should they give up my data to hackers). You'd think user name and password would be enough. No, they wanted my home address, my date of birth, and my mother's maiden name for a security question. They even wanted my credit card info as a proof of identification (thankfully they settled for an "unpreferred" driver's license). And the app is clunky at best. I wanted to throw my phone in the street by the time I was done. Ughhh!!
