App doesn’t work

Says “location doesn’t load” and keeps saying it. That’s all I can do. Bad! In fact epic #FAIL.

This is the most ridiculous way to receive electronic tickets. I still do not have them and and refuse to give my card card information as an id! These tickets were purchased through StubHub. They should come on the StubHub app! I will never use Flash again.SJ

App doesn’t work. Purchased tickets and can’t access them because the app doesn’t work. Also can’t print tickets online. App says to “check internet connection” and is unable to load any information. Tried deleting and redownloading the app and surprise now I can’t even get in the app until I “check my connection”.
This is a joke right?

If this is the future of ticking we’re all in trouble. It should tell you something when the only teams using it are from Cleveland and Detroit and those powerhouse universities of Sacramento State and Grand Canyon! The Developers should be embarrassed with the app and the website and the venues using the service should be even more embarrassed for selecting them.

Trying to access it and get unable to get location either in wifi or cellular network. My internet works on both just your app is garbage.

After reading some of the reviews, I was a bit on edge about using this. Decided to purchase our tickets to Kid Rock through Flash Seats, and did not have any issues. I was seriously nervous, but thankfully is all went over well.

This app is horrible. It doesn’t download my season tickets at all. As a result, I have to contact the stadium sales rep and get printed tickets for matches which totally defeats the purpose of the app.

Constant cannot load error even after update, deleting, reading, etcetera. Useless app.

Terrible app on every level. Tickets disappear from your account for no reason, even if you've paid for them. Results in a time-consuming trip to the box office, and then you miss the first song/tip-off, etc. Fails to connect; says you don't have a connection when you have 5 bars. Poorly designed interface. Has potential; just poorly executed.
