don’t look for your tickets in the app the day of the show you’ll only see a nondescript qr code. then you’ll think... the app either lost the tickets or maybe you don’t have the right day or time b/c it will say “no active tickets”. GENIUS! so then you’ll either hit the “my account” tab to try to find the tickets or refer to an email (if you saved it) or log into the site - and NONE of these options will SHOW you the tickets... that you probably paid hundreds for. Here’s the deal. if you’re going to FORCE me to use your app - at least make it seem like the QR code you see when you open it corresponds to the tickets for the event. Label it.. put a date and time near it... do anything. Don’t assume that people will just understand that if they have 4 events coming up that the current QR code knows what event is happening when you show your phone to the ticket person (who, by the way, prints your tickets with a little machine... wow. convenient!!)

Why oh why are you using a middle man to get tickets ??? Not worth trying to save a few bucks cause the time you spend emailing and calling them to ask why your tickets are NOT in your account is Not worth the headaches ! Venues Please stop using them !! No no no.

App just looks like it was made for the first generation of iPhones, design is awful. And flash seat platform in general is complete nonsense. I’d rather have them sent me a pdf ticket I can still show on my mobile.

I downloaded the app because I purchased tickets for my son-in-law, and had to transfer them to him. Had no problems downloading this app nor doing the transfer.

Customer service was horrible.

Literally took me 2 days to get a hold of someone in customer service.i had an issue with me funds transfer. I was on hold for more than an hour each time I called. Unused their “call back feature” where they call you once an agent is available. They called but only rang like half a ring. I did that 3 times. By the time I answered they would already hang up. I Wouldn’t use this app again.

I went to a Rockets vs Spurs game last night and had the best time. The convenience of these flash seats was amazing and so easy to scan then they print out actual tickets for you right there and then. We had Club seats it was so much fun and parking was so easy and convenient. It was an outstanding night to say the least. Love FlashSeats

Poor service and poorly written app

First, tickets do not appear all the time. You have to hope and pray they show up before you go to the venue. Support is short and rude and says good luck. Second, the app is written for non-modern devices. On most recent devices, graphics are pixelated, keyboard is oversized, and it uses a significant amount of CPU. It’s a shame venues are forcing us to use a poorly written app that was made by a seven year old.

Please update your app to look and work better. It looks like it was made about 10 years ago and then was never updated for the new OS’s. You guys are a big company now with tons of venues in the Denver area using you to get in to events! Step it up and make an app that is enjoyable to use.
