Horrible

This is brutal. Forget that the interface is archaic, you can’t manage your listing without retracting them then changing it then reposting them. You can’t search for tickets easily on the app or online. Who came up with this thing? I’ll do whatever I have to in order to avoid using this. Including cancelling my tickets with the team that uses this service. It’s a joke! Oh, and because of Flash’s agreements you can’t list your tickets for more than 75% of face value. It’s criminal.

Nobody uses or has heard of flash seats. I went from being able to sell tickets on another well known set to being forced to use this stupid app to try to sell my tickets on due to my sports teams choice. NOTHING ever sold on this site. I think it’s just a place for your posted tickets to be wasted on, so that the venue can continue selling their tickets on the sites that actually sell tickets.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but this app worked perfect. I purchased my tickets (6) directly from the venue, not sure if it makes a difference buying them 2nd hand. I opened the app, went to account/my tickets, and the QA code was ready to go. At the arena the staff simply scanned my code and printed out 6 tickets for our party. No need for everyone to have their own smart device and account. Hopefully this helps anyone skeptical of this app as I was due to previous comments.

The app is terrible. Every time I tried to login on my phone, it booted me out. Luckily I was able to swipe the credit card I bought the tickets with at the door and got in. Honestly, the old way of printing my tickets at home is better.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for an app in my 6 years of using the App Store. Flash seats needs an update! The app lags, layout looks outdated, and it’s just overall not a good app compared to Ticketmaster and Seatgeek. Developers please get a good update soon!

Just downloaded and it errors out saying No Internet Connection, even though every other app I use is fine and on the internet. Terrible!!
